Your rent is all-inclusive of utility bills (subject to a fair usage allowance) - so you shouldn’t receive any bills for electricity, gas or water. No need to argue with your flatmates over bills! You will have access to our WiFi service, offering speeds up to 250MB throughout the entire building and communal areas. Kitchens are fully fitted and each includes an electric cooker, fridge freezer and microwave. There's also a dining area with dining table and chairs.
Your rent includes personal contents insurance as we have partnered up with Endsleigh, the number 1 student insurance provider to arrange this for you at no extra cost! Each apartment has its own, open plan social space complete with table, chairs, sofa and TV. Perfect for gathering with flatmates or friends. Our fully-fitted laundry room is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week – ideal for those times when you run out of clean socks! The Communal areas including laundry are cleaned on a weekly basis.
We have a private secure cycle storage area in the courtyard. Members of the accommodation team are on site 24 hours a day and are always available to answer questions and help out. Always Secure: Only Mezzino residents carrying a security key fob have access to the building, and each apartment has its own door entry system. Full 24-hour CCTV is in operation in all lobby areas.
