One of the rooms in a 3 bedroom multi-share is purpose designed to provide the perfect apartment for students with a sensory or mobility disability which requires physical adjustments, including a private bathroom. Each apartment has a shared living area, this space includes a wall mounted TV, 3-seater modular sofa, coffee table, dining table and stools and a reverse cycle air-conditioner in the living area. The individual rooms are fitted with wall mounted electric heating to keep warm during the cold Melbourne winters.
